Another awesome game of Let’s Do Trivia at Touchdown. Every single week, you guys show up and we all put on a show together. This week we had 9 teams in attendance and every single one was ready to compete for the title. Next week at round 2 question 1, draw a phoneix, for your art bonus.
We got things rolling with a social, which is apt to happen when you have a group as sharp as this. And just as I presumed, it was not our last social. Every team kept the scoring tight, but Guys And A Doll jumped out to an early lead, followed by My Favorite Team. The second half brought more of the same competitive level of play, as the questions turned up the heat on our teams. But on May the 4th, we had to search our feelings to find the truth, and rack our brains to find the right answers to all these Star Wars questions. But The Drinking Buddies climbed to the top of our standings heading into the final, with everybody else well withing striking distance. So of course, only a bold wager would be enough to claim victory of the Empire. Which makes sense because almost every team wagered the max and a few of them used the force to come up with the right answer. But there can only be one chosen one.
